Hi,
You already know guys that the main reason getting people subscribing to your service is Bein sport. Today bein sport 4 arabia is not working correctly the image is “flashing”.
Bein sport 6 is very unstable and coming with a “beout” channel name contrary to other beinsports channels as if you were just “restreaming” it.
Hope that the technical team will tale care of the customers’ issues.

Hi sir. I downloaded the new version 1.6. but now i can not acces, it says that i have a wrong code which is not possible. My code is new. I paid for 1 year. Please let it work fast.

The code don t work it s say wrong code.
It s the anterior version it work.
I have some customers and they have the same problem. And they can t downlaod the previous version.

since we update from 1.5 to 1.6 we have an error message stating the code is invalid or expired. could you fix this asap

I have about 200 customers in Switzerland who are really not happy.
Indeed the 6 Swiss channels in qhdtv have not worked for a long time.
I trust your products but it has become a big problem.
Thank you for doing the necessary really quickly because the situation is catastrophic.
I get more than 30 phones a day from disgruntled customers.
Same situation for Italian skys that reproduce all premium 2 and not the real skys like in IUDTV

QHDTV is getting from bad to worse, channels undername HD are NOT HD at all, in fact NOT a single channel is HD .
UK SPORT and UK MOVIES constantly OFF .
This has been reported several times but the QHDTV team is just ignoring customers.
